SS level 2 is the 2nd transformation of the SS levels. There is not much difference between SS1 and SS2 except the fact that they are stronger in every aspect, they have more pointy lumps of golden blonde hair, the aura of flames is further away and cool blue lightning flashes now and again inside the flames but apart from that it is basically the same.
The advantages are having even more power and bigger muscles the disadvantages are that you can still not be as powerful as you would be in SS3 or higher.
